We want you to choose the plan that’s right for you. What you pay for the monthly premium is important, but there are other things to think about, too. Make sure to compare the monthly premium and the out-of-pocket expenses for the plans we offer.

For Individuals (not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid)

We offer a number of plans that meet creditable coverage requirements through the Connector. Whether you are on a budget a need basic coverage, or you have more comprehensive health care needs, we've got a plan for you. Additional HNE plans that meet creditable coverage requirements also are available through Health Services Administrators.

HNE Medicare Advantage

HNE Medicare Advantage Plans are available for people already enrolled in Medicare. HNE Medicare Advantage plans offer comprehensive coverage with our broad network of PCPs, specialists, and hospitals in the Pioneer Valley. Plan options include prescription drug coverage.

HNE Be Healthy for MassHealth Members

HNE Be Healthy is a MassHealth Managed Medicaid Program.  Our Be Healthy Program serves people with limited incomes. HNE Be Healthy has five benefit plans. Our provider network includes hospitals, primary care doctors, specialists, and behavioral health providers.
