Urgent care |

Emergency care |

After-hours care |

Behavioral Health Access Standards

Urgent care |

After-hours care |

Every year, we monitor our network to see if our providers meet these standards.
Here are some tips that may be helpful when making an appointment:
- When you select a PCP, make sure you know the office hours and how to reach the physician when the office is closed.
- If you need to make a medical appointment, the office will try to accommodate you within the limitations of their appointment availability. Be flexible when you can.
- If you have problems with scheduling an appointment that you cannot resolve, please call our Member Services department to let them know.
