- Self-injectable medications (except insulin products), and
- Oral oncology medications must be filled by ICORE Healthcare.

- free delivery of medication to your home or physician’s office.
- direct access to an experienced care management team of pharmacists and nurses who are available toll-free -- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year;
- educational materials, support and/or home instruction information;
- ancillary supplies such as syringes and needles at no additional cost; and
- comprehensive coordination of care including refill reminders and continual interaction with your physician in regard to your medication(s).

If HNE does not provide your pharmacy benefit, HNE covers medical specialty medications only (i.e. agents administered by a medical professional). You are not covered for self-injectables through HNE.
